Vuosina 2008 - 2020 Offcode on aktiivisesti osallistunut painettavan älykkyyden tutkimukseen, useissa hankkeissa. Niihin liittyen Offcode on kehittänyt järjestestelmän, jolla painokoneella kerrosten kohdistustarkkuus saadaan mikrometrien luokkaan. Vuosien kuluessa järjestelmää on myyty useisiin tutkimuslaitoksiin eri puolille maapalloa. Tässä hankkeessa järjestelmä tuotteistetaan sopivaksi kaupallisille toimijoille ja etsitään kumppanuuksia, joilla tuotteelle saadaan globaali kaupallinen markkina kehittyvälle painettavan älykkyyden teollisuuden alalle.
